Low Profile Translation Stage 860-0070-06 is designed to be used with a microscope. Coarse movement of the sample can be achieved by releasing the lever, fine position can then be achieved by using the adjustment screw.

860-0070-06XY consists of to 860-0070-06 stages stacked directly in XY configuration. For using it in XYZ configuration any other EKSMA Optics linear positioner could be utilized as a Z-axis, which could be mounted through appropriate angle bracket.
