ZnTe Terahertz Crystals

Zinc telluride (ZnTe) crystals with <110> orientation for THz generation by optical rectification of femtosecond laser pulses and for free-space electro-optic detection of THz pulses in time-domain THz spectroscopy. Visible micro bubbles do not affect THz generation. Crystals are typically 10x10 mm with thicknesses from 0.1 to 3 mm, supplied in a 25.4 mm ring holder or unmounted, and uncoated or AR coated for 1030 nm.
