DELIVERY
Most of the standard products are shipped from stock after receipt of an order. Products made under custom specifications are dispatched within agreed term.
Our standard forwarders are DHL and UPS; other ways of shipment (TNT, FedEx) are possible upon request. If you have an account of DHL, UPS or other courier, add note in Your comments section and our sales managers will contact you and recount shipping charges.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any brokerage, customs and duty fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
FREIGHT CHARGES
You will see estimated shipping charges for your chosen products at your Shopping Cart. Shipping charges are prepaid and added as a separate item to your invoice.

SATISFACTION AND RETURNS
All standard products are covered by 30 days customer satisfaction warranty. If for any reason the buyer is not satisfied with the purchased item, it may be returned freight prepaid for full credit.
WARRANTY
All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months after delivery. We do not assume liability for installation, labour or consequential damages. In case of customer finished material, EKSMA Optics will not be responsible for the unlikely event of damage.
