All dielectric coatings of non-polarizing laser beamsplitters are optimized to be insensitive to polarization at designed wavelengths. The coatings hold both the s- and p-polarization components to the same ratio of reflection-to-transmission over a specific laser wavelength region.
We suggest to choose from non-polarizing cube beamsplitters for broadband 450-700 nm and 750-1100 nm ranges.
